Job Overview
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for generating leads, initiating contact with prospects, and driving membership sales for Blueprint University’s advisory services. The advisor will focus on identifying customer needs, presenting tailored membership solutions, and upselling additional services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle objections while guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Assignment
Online Leads Acquisition: Capture leads through online platforms and funnel them into the CRM system.
Lead Assignment: Assign leads to sales team members based on specific criteria like location or membership type.
Pre-Call Preparation: Review lead details, including contact info and any previous interactions.
Initial Contact & Qualification
First Contact: Initiate communication within 15 mins to 24 hours of assignment, introducing Blueprint University’s memberships.
Qualification: Engage leads by asking questions to assess suitability for membership and upselling opportunities.
Lead Nurturing: Add unqualified leads to a nurture list for future engagement.
Presentation & Pitch
Customized Pitch: Tailor presentations to meet the prospect’s business needs, highlighting how Blueprint University’s advisory services can help.
Upselling Services: Offer additional services such as workshops, advisory sessions, and marketing services.
Promotions & Bundling: Present promotional deals or bundled services to encourage additional purchases.
Objection Handling
Address Concerns: Respond empathetically to objections related to cost, time, or understanding of services.
Leverage Case Studies: Use testimonials and success stories to demonstrate the long-term value of memberships.
Closing the Sale
Membership Enrollment: Guide prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring secure payment collection and confirmation.
Welcome & Follow-Up: Send a welcome email with membership details and follow up with a scheduled call to ensure satisfaction.
Post-Sale Engagement & Retention
Onboarding: Ensure new members have a smooth and personalized onboarding process.
Upsell & Cross-Sell: Engage members to encourage upgrades and additional service purchases.
Referral Program: Promote the referral program to generate new leads, offering incentives such as discounts or free services.
Reporting & Analytics
Performance Tracking: Monitor performance based on conversion rates, sales, and upselling revenue.
Feedback Loop: Participate in regular reviews to improve sales scripts and workflows based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to handle objections effectively and close sales confidently.
Experience using CRM systems to track leads and manage customer data.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
