    We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively seek out and engage with prospective customers

    • Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid sales techniques

    • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships

    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

    • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

    • Analyze the market’s potential and track sales and status reports

    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
