Responsibilities:
Generate new sales leads and identify potential clients
Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
