Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help clients find the right insurance products to protect their dreams. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and other inquiries.

Qualifications:

Able to obtain Property & Casualty license ahead of first day of employment

Able to obtain Life license ahead of first day of employment

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Self-motivated and goal oriented.
