We are seeking a top-notch Sales Agent to join our real estate team in Irvine. Your role will focus on acquiring investment properties in and around the area. Responsibilities: • Manage and nurture a database of seller leads. • Quickly qualify opportunities and gauge motivation. • Effectively build rapport and gain trust w/sellers. • Visit homes when necessary to assess the condition & take photos. • Analyze opportunities and market data to determine pricing. • Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts. • Track sales activities and lead notes in the software database. Qualifications: • This position requires a full-time commitment and presence in the office on a daily basis as remote work is not an option currently. • Excellent phone skills and strong communication abilities are a must. • Attention to detail is crucial, along with the ability to effectively nurture leads over time. • Proficiency in quickly processing details and generating mutually beneficial solutions is essential. • Preferred qualifications include a basic understanding of construction. • Possession of real estate experience, especially a California Real Estate License, is highly advantageous. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ commission-based
