Responsibilities: • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities • Call warm leads generated in our system according to your personal schedule • Assist prospects with garnering appropriate coverage to meet their needs • Mentor your teammates and participate in occasional training and meetings Qualifications: • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • Proven track record in sales • MUST live in and be authorized to work in the U.S • Solid phone manners • Interest in helping people and solving problems • Ability to work independently and manage your own career • Coachable and willing to follow a proven system • Must have determination and grit Compensation: $100,000+ per year, commission only
