KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Sales Ambassador is the face of the studio, responsible for all in-studio sales and operations during scheduled shifts. This individual is fully immersed and educated in Pure Barre’s culture, services, and pricing and is passionate about connecting with clients, educating clients on all that Pure Barre has to offer, and increasing memberships and sales. This position represents the Pure Barre brand at all times and offers exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
Superior verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary
Outstanding interpersonal skills - Relates well to people, inspires trust, and builds credibility and strong relationships quickly
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales
Resourceful; able to solve problems and move forward without having all of the answers
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
Ability to stand for long durations of time
Passionate about people, fitness, and the Pure Barre brand
Responsibilities
This role is part time, with hours that vary based on studio schedule and needs
Sales Ambassadors contribute to Pure Barre’s success by generating sales, promoting the studio and delivering a positive experience with professionalism and patience
Following up with prospects to meet personal client outreach goals and sales goals
Maintaining knowledge of all available packages and membership including perks and benefits, pricing, and current promotions
Interacting with clients and leading with hospitality to obtain and assess information on client needs, expectations and levels of satisfaction; and responding to client requests and concerns promptly and effectively
Performing routine client-facing tasks, including new account set-up, scheduling, canceling and rebooking classes, package purchases, and other general account needs as requested
Assisting the General Manager and teachers in daily operations, including keeping the studio meticulously clean while working with our team to provide a superior experience to our clients, and other tasks or projects as needed
Responding to client communications - emails, phone messages and texts
Alerting the team about client milestones and setting milestone prizes and acknowledgments
Quickly addressing any maintenance or equipment issues that are visible to clients
Perform daily facility tasks including Regular cleaning and disinfecting of the retail area, studio and restrooms
Attend and complete all relative training programs
