    Position Summary: The Sales and Intake Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the intake process for potential clients and driving sales efforts to meet organizational goals. This role is crucial in ensuring that new clients are effectively onboarded, while simultaneously supporting sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage client relationships, coordinate intake processes, and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives. The candidate is responsible for managing new client engagement and relationships and coordinating the intake process with a focus on delivering superior client experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, result-driven, and capable of achieving and exceeding sales targets. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Client Intake Management: • Oversee and manage the client intake process for prospective clients seeking services while ensuring all necessary documentation and information is gathered and accurately entered into the system. • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, assessing their needs, explaining the firm’s services, and determining the best course of action for each individual. • Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth transition and accurate documentation from intake to the legal team for service delivery. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the intake process to ensure a positive and seamless experience. Sales and Business Development: • Develop and implement strategies to drive new client acquisition for the firm’s services, focusing on areas such as estate planning, probate, trust administration, Medicaid and asset protection. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, referring attorneys, and other referral sources. • Support marketing efforts to generate leads and convert qualified leads into clients, tracking lead sources and conversion rates. • Regularly monitor and assess market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and identify new opportunities. Team Leadership and Development: • Manage and lead the Intake Team and Consultants. • Provide training, mentorship, and support to ensure high levels of performance and client satisfaction. • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client intake, conversion rates, and sales targets. • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, provide updates, and identify opportunities for improvement in both intake processes and sales strategies. • Ensure that all team members are fully informed about the firm’s services, pricing structures, and client expectations. Client Relationship Management: • Ensure that prospective clients feel valued and supported throughout their intake process and understand the value of the firm’s services. • Serve as a point of contact for prospective clients during the intake phase, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve any client concerns or issues that arise during the intake process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client intake metrics, and other key business indicators to senior management. • Utilize CRM and case management systems to track and analyze sales and intake data, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic adjustments where needed. • Provide insights to senior leadership regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of the intake process and sales strategies. Collaboration with Legal Team: • Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure accurate understanding of clients' estate planning needs, ensuring that clients receive the appropriate legal guidance and services. • Ensure that client expectations align with the firm’s services, and facilitate smooth communication between clients and the legal team throughout the intake process. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Degree can be substituted for experience. • Proven experience in sales, client intake management, or business development, ideally within the legal or estate planning industry. • Strong understanding of estate planning concepts, including wills, trusts, probate, and asset protection. • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, maintaining attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. • Proficient in CRM systems, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. • A strong client-service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
