Responsibilities: • Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods • Recruit, train, and develop your team to serve your customers better • Assess the company's success by consulting with sales managers and stakeholders • Produce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategies • Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets • Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons • Analyze market trends to determine pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand Qualifications: • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices • High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Compensation: $75,000
