POSITION: Sales & Back of House Support Associate Full Time
MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication and professionalism in order to deliver the best support possible to a very busy team of 5
- Support an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, customers and management in order to further elevate the customer’s experience
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to change, in order to meet the need of the business between sales and back of house duties
- Support the sales team by providing a seamless flow of product from the back of house to the selling floor, in order to always promote a luxurious customer shopping experience
- Support the sales team by bringing coffee, water or champagne to clients, while they shop and/or wait
- Support the sales team by answering phones when everyone is busy, by wrapping up purchases and by gift wrapping as needed
- Support the sales team by putting things away in a timely and neat manner, and replenish any items that are sold throughout the day, making sure the store is always neat and replenished to meet our visual standards
- Support the sales team with tasks that need to be done outside of the store (i.e., but not limited to, dropping off and picking up alterations)
- Support the Stock Controller with Operational duties as needed (i.e., but not limited to cycle counts, any organizational tasks, covering delicate items with polybags, making sure everything is sized correctly, steaming etc.)
- Support back of house by pulling items to be transferred, packing and shipping transfers and customer goods, as needed
