    Tax Consulting Firm - Sales Assistant We are searching for a Sales Assistant who can offer high quality, dependable support to the sales team and help improve our efficiency. The Sales Assistant will need to be ready to assist in the continued growth and development of our boutique firm’s portfolio of clients. Through our ongoing growth initiatives and strategic affiliate relationships our firm has grown consistently over the 17+ years it has been in existence. Unique concepts and original approaches to problems help us to differentiate ourselves from the competition. Applicants must have the ability to come into our Norcross office 5x per week, but the hours are flexible and we are willing to work with your schedule to develop a routine that works for you. Compensation & Benefits: • Full-time $20 per hour initially, with intent to grow into a full-time salaried position within 3-6 months • Quarterly commissions • Health insurance for full time • Company 401(k) program, with employer matching for full time • Company profit-sharing program for full time • Paid vacation and holidays Responsibilities: • Support the sales manager and team with administrative tasks • Research of pre-qualified organizations to identify and/or confirm correct individuals within the organization whom to call • Help to screen clients by gathering information to be later used in reports • Analyze data, create reports, and prepare documentation, charts, and other tools necessary to effectively convey the message of the report • Develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, email marketing campaigns, and referrals • Achieve established sales goals by meeting deadlines, targets, and quotas Qualifications: • Need to be able to come into the office 5x week • Work well with others and be a team player • Superior communication and interpersonal skills • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Prior sales experience in the accounting, tax, or consulting industries is a plus • Ambitious and detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a corporate environment • Proficiency in Salesforce platform preferred • BA/BS preferred Compensation: $20 per hour
