    Atlantic Staffing Consultants has a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in the Orlando, FL area! We are accepting resumes for exceptional Sales Assistant candidates for a local, Veteran-owned company that offers mobility solutions to the community.

    Duties of the Sales Assistant:
    * Professionally answering the phone.
    * Return calls from customers inquiring about information and being able to set up appointments. * Eventually, schedule appointments for sales and installations.
    * Greet customers who come into the showroom warmly and with a smile.
    * Data Entry
    * Clean the showroom
    * Learn the products that the company offers. **Learning leads to leveling up with this company and making sales, which leads to earning commission!
    * Educate customers on products and services.
    * Demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills

    Requirements of the Sales Assistant:
    * In person job. Not remote.
    * 3 years of sales, office experience in customer service, scheduling appointments, or similar fields.
    * High School Diploma or equivalent.
    * Yes we can attitude!
    * Punctual and Reliable.
    * Diverse Skill Set, Helpful Demeanor, and Strong Work Ethic.
    * Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and people skills.
    * Strong computer skills – Please list what programs and systems you can use.
    * Customer Friendly Attitude & excellent phone skills with a kind and courteous voice.
    * Experience scheduling.
    * Purchase Order Entry Experience.
    * Reliable transportation.
    * Be physically able to stand, sit, bend, reach, push, and pull.
    * Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus.
    * Previous experience in Furniture Sales a plus.

    Hours & Pay of the Sales Assistant:
    * Monday – Friday (no weekends)
    * 9 AM - 5 PM
    * Starting Pay is $15 - $18 an hour DOE
    * Sales commission
    * Health, Vision & Dental available through Atlantic Staffing and transferable after 90 days.
    * Holiday and Sick time after being hired full-time (about 90 days)
