Responsibilities: • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls • Update and manage CRM • Utilize tools, trackers, and scripting resources to generate and build business • Consistently reach out to and follow up with the database • Assist sales team with lead generation and follow-up • Generating activity and participation in home buyers' events • Schedule appointments for the sales team • Assist team in various other capacities as needed Qualifications: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varied workload • Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized • Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude • Motivated by income potential and financially driven • Competitive mindset • Natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly • Not afraid to talk to people and make phone calls Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000+ at plan yearly DOE
