    Position Title:

    Sales Assistant

    Positions Summary:

    A Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Business Development team by streamlining sales processes, maintaining accurate and accessible data, and ensuring excellent client service. They help the team meet deadlines and contribute to achieving sales goals efficiently. This role demands attention to detail, a strong understanding of sales tools, and the ability to enhance team productivity while maintaining high-quality service standards. Their contributions are vital to the overall success of the Business Development team. This role is an in-office position and reports to the Senior Director of Business Development.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain sales databases (Salesforce) and tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

    • Ensure the timely and successful setup of new customers with a focus on delivery of our services in partnership with the Business Development team.

    • Support the team in preparing client quotes, reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.

    • Coordinate and streamline sales processes, identifying areas for improvement.

    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly.

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and tracking follow-ups.

    • Collaborate with team members to achieve project deadlines and sales targets.

    • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and tracking prospective clients, generating leads, and qualifying high-quality business opportunities for the Business Development team via outbound calls, emails, and other available options.

    • Support role in the continuous efforts of the department to improve the operational and financial effectiveness

    • Other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment (fast pace, minimal support, get things done attitude).

    • Bachelors Preferred, Finance or Accounting.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once with exceptional organization, detail, and time-management skills

    • Previous experience in sales support or operations is a plus.
