Job Title: Sales Assistant, Synthetic Turf Sales

Location: Olympia, WA

Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday (No weekend work)

Hourly: $21.00, $22.00 after 90 days.

About Us: We are a small family owned business that specializes in the sales and installation of ForeverLawn synthetic turf.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and will play a key role in supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in product selection, pricing, and installation processes via phone, email, and in-person for walk-in customers.

Support sales staff in responding to leads, client follow ups, and scheduling appointments.

Assist sales team by creating target accounts lists.

Create project pricing as needed.

Provide friendly service to enhance the customer experience.

Support inventory management, including restocking and inventory counts of samples and marketing materials.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to muli-task.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software such as HubSpot and Salesforce.

A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

What We Offer:

$21.00/hr, $22.00/hr after 90 days.
