JEL Manufacturing is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to provide support to our sales manager and various sales channels. This position will collaborate with the sales manager to gain comprehensive understanding of existing processes, industry terminology, and operational systems through daily interaction and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed customer proposals.

Maintain and process order paperwork including but not limited invoices, purchase orders, order entry and updates, shipping documents, and other associated paperwork.

Liaison between Sales/Dealer Network and Engineering.

Liaison between Sales/Dealer Network and Accounting.

Work with 3rd party marketing resources to execute strategic email, print, convention and direct marketing efforts.

Provide exemplary customer service to internal team members and external customers.

Software Experience in the software listed below is desired but not required. Qualified applicants must have the ability to quickly learn new software applications utilized by our company.
