As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals who can benefit from our moving and junk removal services. Your goal will be to establish a strong affiliate network across various industries, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s overall growth. This role requires attending networking events, industry trade shows, and community meetings to promote Main Line Junk’s services and secure recurring and one-time business opportunities. Primary Focus Areas: • Geographic Regions: Delaware County (Delco), Chester County (Chesco), Montgomery County (Montco), and parts of Philadelphia. • Industries: Senior Living Communities, Realtors, Property Managers, Building Managers, Estate Attorneys, Restoration Companies, and more. Compensation & Benefits • Salary + Commission: $50,000 to $60,000 base salary + 1% to 5% commission on attributable revenue. • Health Care: Employer-sponsored health care options. • Technology: Company-provided cell phone and laptop if requested. • Retirement Plan: SIMPLE IRA with up to 3% company match after 12 months of employment. • Mileage Reimbursement: IRS-regulated reimbursement for work-related travel beyond the daily commute to the Havertown, PA, office. Responsibilities: • Build and nurture a strong network of affiliates and referral partners. • Actively participate in local networking events, industry trade shows, and community gatherings. • Collaborate with local real estate brokerages to organize lunch-and-learns and industry-related events, fostering connections with agents and trade professionals. • Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic relationship-building and outreach efforts. • Plan and execute outbound marketing initiatives, including vendor appreciation nights, e-waste recycling drives, and neighborhood clean-up programs. • Lead social media marketing efforts, overseeing engagement strategies and managing a full-time Virtual Assistant (VA) for digital outreach. • Develop strategic partnerships with realtors, leasing agents, and senior living communities. • Support CRM (Zoho) management and oversee email marketing initiatives. • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities. • Manage targeted advertising campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive lead generation. Qualifications: • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools. • Solid understanding of marketing strategies and consumer behavior. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and networking events. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
