Sales Assistant (temporary position)
RealCraft, a local door and hardware manufacturer known for its commitment to craftsmanship and the use of genuine materials, is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Assistant to complement our dedicated team. This temporary position, lasting approximately 8 – 10 weeks, is a great opportunity to get to know us, and potentially discover other opportunities within our company.
Operating from our scenic campus in Gig Harbor, Washington, this position (Monday through Friday) offers an exciting chance to be a part of our innovative and creative sales team.

What We Offer:
Salary range of $20 to $23 per hour.
Flexible hours, 6 – 8 hours daily.

Key Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct person or department.
· Answer customer inquiries regarding the status of an order.
· Contact customers to update them with production lead times.
· Assist with the change order process.
· Follow up with customers, verifying order accuracy to ensure a high level of customer experience.
· Assist sales with gathering sales collateral and information that are needed to enhance sales.
· Send DocuSign communications to customers, ensuring the sales process moves forward.
· Help to organize open houses and facility tours.
Requirements:
· Possesses an upbeat personality that positively impacts customer and co-worker interactions.
· Minimum of one year in customer service or related fields.
· Strong organization and multitasking skills.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
· Excellent email communication skills with a highly professional manner, using proper grammar and messaging.
Plus, but Not Required:
· Prior experience in the sales industry is a plus.
· Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign, HubSpot, and Shopify is a bonus.
