    Job Summary As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for working with the general manager to manage a portfolio of strategic clients, generating leads, scheduling and meeting property owners, and closing sales for exterior restoration projects. On a routine basis, you will assist with marketing through business development opportunities and gaining referrals from current and previous customers. You will regularly interact with clients to ensure their needs are understood and met. The successful candidate must have strong customer service skills, be highly organized, and possess a passion for winning! This is a sales position.

    Responsibilities

    Contact and schedule meetings with homeowners to assess customer needs, educate them on roofing services, and provide helpful solutions.

    Utilize Storm Guard sales and marketing methods to generate leads and sell services

    Maintain professional relationships with homeowners

    Follow up and respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests

    Request customer feedback through online reviews

    Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods, and safety requirements

    Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of replacement windows, siding as well as decking for the remodeling space.

    Commitment to personal and team goals

    Be able to work evening and weekend hours as needed
