Who You Are: As a BODY20 Sales Associate, you are dynamic and positive. Excited about the opportunity to affect the lives of studio members and staff daily! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing a best-in-class customer experience while building relationships with BODY20 members. Our Sales Associates are vital to bringing this technology to our community!

We’re seeking highly motivated and energetic people to join our brand-new Des Peres studio.

A day in the life:

· Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.

· Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.

· Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.

· Greet members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the BODY20 studio.

· Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.

· Work hand-in-hand with our Coaches to guide potential members through their first BODY20 workout.

· Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.

· Participate in marketing and outreach events.

· Maintain an organized and clean lobby & front desk at all times.

· Keep up with studio cleaning checklists.

· Responsible for attending and participating in all relative BODY20 training programs.

Requirements

· Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly.

· Passion for health and wellness.

· Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

· Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

· Computer skills.

· Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holidays.

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of three months of sales- related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Must be 18 or older.
