StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled, and SALES motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand.
StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. We have created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and selling the membership.
Work directly with Studio Manager/Assistant Manager.
Book and confirm all appointments including Intro and member sessions.
Manage the front desk, greet and check-in clients and prospects, help in retail sales.
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants.
Maintain excellent level of personal sales production.
Present available services to current or prospective members.
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions.
Participate in Pop Up events for studio promotion and community engagement.
Ensure studio is clean, assist Flexologists in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the space.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership sales.
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
Must have excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and via email.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must have proficient computer skills.
