PART-TIME SUN SPA CONSULTANTS

Locations: Draper & Murray

European Tan is seeking part-time Sun Spa Sales Associates to work 12-24 hours per week at our Draper and Murray locations only. Please do not apply if you’re looking for a position at our Downtown Salt Lake City location.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay: $15/hour

• Earn an additional $2-$8/hour from tips, bonuses, and commissions

Work Schedule:

• Part-time: 12-24 hours/week

• Shifts: 8:45 AM - 3 PM (Open) or 2:45 PM - 9:15 PM (Close)

• All employees must work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month (No Exceptions)

Sales-Focused Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our Sun-Spray-Spa services and products

• Meet monthly sales goals for memberships, products, and services

• Educate customers on our Fitzpatrick Skin Typing protocol and tanning process

• Create a tailored experience for each customer by recommending the right products and services

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the salon

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

• Maintain a positive work culture of teamwork and communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience

• Outgoing, friendly, and customer service oriented

• Dependable, with excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during busy seasons (Sept-May)
