    Job Summary

    Continent Solution System is a leading freight forwarding and warehousing company based in the City of Industry, specializing in air, ocean, and land operations across the US, Asia, and Europe. We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the freight forwarding industry, understands the market, and has existing insights into key players. If you have strong customer service skills and a talent for negotiating and closing deals, this is a great opportunity to build your career.

    Key Responsibilities

    Build and develop lasting relationships with clients to drive new business.

    Establish a customer base through cold calling, quoting, bid preparation, and formal presentations.

    Promote Continent Solution System’s service offerings, including:

    Import/Export Freight

    Distribution & Warehousing

    ORT Domestic/Cross border

    Over-dimensional cargo; project cargo

    LTL Transportation

    Cargo Insurance

    Custom Brokerage Services

    Meet monthly sales goals set by management.

    Maintain consistent communication with the Operations and Customer Service teams, as well as overseas offices, to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Stay informed on industry trends and key players to effectively position our offerings.

    Qualifications

    2-5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Intermodal, or related services.

    Operational experience in the industry (a plus)

    Familiarity with the freight forwarding industry and established knowledge of major players in the market.

    Strong customer service and communication skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

    Solid organizational skills to manage relationships across multiple departments and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

    BBA or Master Degree in SCM (preferred).

    Knowledge of Go Freight System (preferred).

    Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus).
