Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at The DRIPBaR Boca Raton, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role will involve greeting visitors, selling memberships and packages, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and assisting with inquiries. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales and hospitality skills to promote our services and enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression

· Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner

· Sell membership and packages

· Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively

· Process payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

· Provide information about our services, pricing, and packages to potential clients

· Assist clients with completing intake forms and obtaining consent for treatments

· Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and lobby

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous experience in customer service and sales preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
