We are seeking an empathetic, positive, resourceful, proactive, result- and growth-oriented Sales Associate to help us build a Benevolent Business Empire (Purpose and Profits!) as a multi-territory, multi-brand franchisee in the home services space starting in our backyard of Atlanta and growing throughout the Southeast.
Position Title: Sales Associate
Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
- You would be our Sales Associate for our Cumming territory (i.e., zip codes 30028, 30040, and 30041).
- You would report directly to the General Manager of Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up.

Work Type / Location:
- You would conduct home sales in the homes of prospects in our Cumming territory (i.e., zip codes 30028, 30040, and 30041) and in surrounding "grey areas."
- You would operate out of our Canton office
- You would attend in-person (i) weekly meetings on Mondays, (ii) daily huddles on Tuesdays through Fridays, and (iii) sales coaching sessions, as needed.
- Because of customer expectations, you would be expected to work (in addition to working weekdays) a minimum of: (i) two (2) weekend days per month (three (3) sales appointments); and (ii) one (1) evening per week (one (1) sales appointment).
Compensation:
- 100% commission: 5%-15% of sales (i) based on your sales per job and (ii) commission percentage tiered based on your gross profit per job and whether a first call close; provided, that for the first three months (i.e., the onboarding, coaching, and probation period), you would receive a “forgivable draw” of $4,167 per month.
- For example, if you would earn $3,000 in commissions in one of the first three months, then you would receive a monthly forgivable draw of $4,167.
- As another example, if you would earn $8,000 in commissions in one of the first three months, then you would receive for such month (i) the monthly forgivable draw of $4,167 and (ii) $3,833 in commissions (i.e., $8,000 - $4,167).
Requirements/Preferences:
- Required: At least five (5) years of sales experience in home services and in-home sales.
- Preferred: Kitchen and/or bathroom sales experience.
