Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team! As a Counter Sales Representative, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.
Responsibilities
Open and close the store according to the schedule.
Welcome customers and assist with product selection.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.
Follow up with customers regarding their purchases and experiences.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Promote and sell additional products to maximize sales.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and announcements.
Assist in the planning and execution of in-store promotions.
Gather customer feedback to improve product and service offerings.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary.
Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Supervise cash handling and reconcile cash registers.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage relationships.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Ensure correct identification of products on display.
Communicate effectively with fellow representatives to share responsibilities.
Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and resolve issues.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years experience preferred.
Fluent English Required
Fluent Spanish Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: $2,500/Month + Commission
