Key Holder/Shift Lead
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an ambitious self motivated team member to assist with daily site operations. The position holds the responsiblilty for monitoring Ever Shine’s store level operation performance and the day-to-day supervision of store associates including assigning work, training, coaching, and developing associates.
This is an hourly position and typically reports to the Site Manager and/or Assistant Manager, and or designee.
The function of this position is opening, closing, and securing the facility, assist customers, facilitating Fast Pass related endeavors, assuring that the store and area surrounding are clean and organized, and managing the alarm system upon exit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises the day-to-day activities of non-exempt associates for assigned store(s).
Maintain a since of urgency on site with staff, general flow, and customer through put production.
Performs activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition of customers and attentive of their needs.
Maintains a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability through membership sales and goal achievements.
Ensure that customers are satisfied, ammenities properly supplied and that any inquiries, incidents, and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Ensures the site follows all approved safety and maintenance procedures.
Ensures the site follows all approved incident reporting or vehicle damage claim procedures.
Uses judgment and discretion to resolve fewer routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
Performs other duties, check lists, and responsibilities as assigned.
The Key Holder/Shift Leader has the following responsibilities:
Customer Service levels that drive maximum sales potential.
Knowledge of services, new products, processes, and technologies.
Responsibility of making sure the store is open and closed correctly per directives and or conditions.
Ensuring cleanliness of the site, store and surrounding area.
Identifying problems with working conditions and reporting them to management.
Offering support and training to new employees
Assuming some managerial responsibilities in the event of management absent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Leadership skills.
Experience with customer service.
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
This position is dependent on a self-starting, self-motivating individual with the vision and determination of achieving excellence in customer service by growing with the site management team.
The employee must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
