What You’ll Do:

Greet customers with a smile and help them find exactly what they need (and maybe things they didn’t know they needed!).

Be a product expert on lawn equipment, garden tools, and outdoor décor – no plant knowledge required!

Assist customers with product demonstrations and provide recommendations based on their needs.

Keep our showroom looking sharp – organize displays and make sure our inventory is always looking its best.

Work with the team to meet sales goals, celebrate wins, and create a positive shopping experience for everyone.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a people person who enjoys striking up conversations and offering helpful advice.

You’ve got some experience in retail or sales (bonus points if it’s with outdoor or lawn equipment!).

You’re a fast learner who can quickly become the go-to expert on our non-plant products.

You’re dependable, and you don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to make sure the job gets done.

You’ve got a passion for problem-solving and helping customers leave happy.
