Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge

Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”

Giving studio tours

Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout

Selling memberships to help the studio thrive

Following up on prospective clients

Participating in marketing and outreach events

Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Hours Per Week: Full Time: Staring 30-40 (minimum 5 shifts per week - minimum 30 hours per week, with opportunity for up to 6 shifts per week - maximum 40 hours per week)

Opening Shift: M-F 5:00am - 2:00pm

Midday Shift: M-F 7:00am - 3:00pm

Evening Shift: M-F 11:00pm - 8:00pm

Weekend Shift: Sat/Sun 7:00am - 1:00pm

Compensation:

Pending experience starting hourly: $17-$19

Sliding Pay Scale pending month over month New Revenue earnings

Monthly Commission, Weekly & Monthly Bonus
