Orangetheory Visalia is coming soon! We’re building something amazing from the ground up, and we want YOU to be part of it. As we begin construction on our brand-new studio, we’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team.

This role starts as a presales membership sales position, where you’ll introduce the Orangetheory experience to the Visalia community, build excitement, and help grow our founding member base. Once the studio opens in late summer, your role will transition into an active studio position—engaging with members, assisting coaches, and helping run the day-to-day operations of a thriving fitness studio.

What You’ll Do:

🔸 During presales:

Introduce the Orangetheory concept to the Visalia community.

Build excitement and sell founding memberships.

Engage with potential members via phone, social media, and in-person events.

Help plan and execute community marketing and outreach efforts.

🔸 Once the studio opens:

Welcome members and create an engaging studio experience.

Assist with new member onboarding and intro classes.

Work alongside coaches to guide members through their workouts.

Maintain studio operations, cleanliness, and organization.
