    As Pikeland Property Group continues to expand, we’re looking for driven and results-oriented Acquisition Specialists to join our team and make a real impact! As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for sellers, engaging with hot inbound and outbound leads. You’ll build relationships, evaluate properties, negotiate contracts, and guide sellers through our proven sales process. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic and the willingness to put in extra effort beyond standard hours to close deals and maximize earning potential. Compensation: • Base Salary: $40,000 per year • Commission: 10% on gross sales • Earning Potential: Top performers can expect to make $140,000+ per year with strong sales execution! Responsibilities: • Proactively engage with inbound and outbound buyer and seller leads to build relationships and maximize conversion opportunities. • Conduct regular follow-ups and manage daily tasks using CRM tools to ensure no prospect or client is overlooked. • Schedule and attend in-person or virtual property showings, listing appointments, and buyer consultations in alignment with the team's sales process. • Perform property evaluations and prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) to guide pricing strategies and client decision-making. • Negotiate offers, purchase agreements, and contract terms on behalf of clients while ensuring alignment with their goals and market conditions. • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times, contributing to a positive brand reputation in the marketplace. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate, sales , or a related field. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to build strong client relationships. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients and close deals effectively. • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. • Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, or similar tools for lead tracking and pipeline management. • Highly organized with strong time management, follow-up, and documentation skills. • Self-driven, coachable, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and desire to grow in the real estate industry. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, MLS platforms, market research tools, and electronic contract systems. • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends or willingness to learn quickly. • Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
