Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate at Premier Polishing Corp, you will be the face of our company, responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and guide clients through our range of services, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their flooring needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, results-driven, and passionate about helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop New Business: • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. • Identify and target potential clients in both commercial and residential markets. • Build a robust pipeline of prospects and maintain regular communication.
Manage and Nurture Client Relationships: • Establish long-term relationships with new and existing clients. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support throughout the sales process. • Ensure excellent customer service to foster repeat business and referrals.
Consultative Sales Approach: • Understand the full range of Premier Polishing Corp’s services, including concrete polishing, overlay installations, and custom flooring solutions. • Assess client needs and recommend the best solutions tailored to their project requirements. • Provide detailed proposals, quotes, and project timelines to clients.
Meet Sales Targets and Objectives: • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. • Track sales metrics, report on performance, and adjust strategies to meet objectives. • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Industry Networking and Market Research: • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads. • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product enhancements, and emerging opportunities.
Maintain CRM and Sales Records: • Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the company CRM system. • Update client information and ensure timely responses to leads. • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
• Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, flooring, or a related industry. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present products and services in a professional and compelling manner. • Customer-Focused: Passion for providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships. • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: A drive to meet and exceed sales targets and an entrepreneurial mindset. • Problem-Solver: Ability to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions. • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts and follow through on commitments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). • Previous experience in B2B sales, construction, or flooring is highly desirable. • Ability to travel to client sites and various job locations. • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
