    Priority Roofing is a growing roofing company located in the San Antonio area. We are a company with family values that is primarily focused on displaying a high level of customer service to clients. We are seeking individuals who have previous sales expertise. Although the role involves additional responsibilities, it is predominantly an external sales position, offering the opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and sales skills/experience to potentially earn a six-figure income. Prior industry experience is not mandatory as the sales manager will provide comprehensive hands-on training. Applicants with a background in sales, as well as those with experience as waiters/waitresses, bartenders, and in high-level customer service roles, are encouraged to apply as these positions also count towards sales experience. Job Types: Full-time, Paid-training, Commission based Standard income: $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year Job Type: Full-time Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple Locations Responsibilities: • Develop sales goals and objectives and strategize on ways to reach them. • Prospect and identify new customer leads, build customer relationships and develop a strong sales pipeline. • Develop and execute sales pitches and presentations to drive sales. • Follow-up on sales leads, close deals and provide customer service. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape and company-specific products and services. Qualifications: • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle • At least one year of sales or customer service experience • Lives in Texas or able to relocate • Reliable transportation for daily travel • High school diploma or equivalent Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
