    Studio Sales Position

    StretchLab St. Augustine Beach is looking to grow our awesome team by adding part time, Studio Sales Associates! We are helping people move better every day through one-on-one assisted stretching.     The role of the Studio Sales Associate is to keep, care for and help grow our member base. You will follow up on leads as they come in daily, build relationships, help serve up a positive customer experience, and share the many positive benefits of StretchLab. Sales requires an inviting, outgoing personality.

    This is the first impression consumers have of the studio, and we’re looking for friendly, energetic and passionate team members who want to make a difference, are able to multi-task, take care of our customers and handle everyday details at the front desk.

    StretchLab is the industry leader in offering customized one-on-one assisted stretching for people of any age, any body type and any level fitness.     This is a part time role (15-25 hours); afternoon, early evening and weekend hours are required.

    Qualifications

    Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills

    Must be able to prioritize, multi-task, think critically and adapt quickly to changing situations

    Ability to build strong customer relationships

    Warm, energetic and engaging personality

    Must be goal-oriented with an ability to meet or exceed sales quota

    Proficient computer skills; ability to learn and use ClubReady software

    Essential Job Duties

    Present available services and membership packages to current and prospective members

    Assist management to source new member prospects

    Handle sales process from lead generation and follow up through closing

    Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients, handle the close-out of all clients

    Manage daily schedule with bookings, changes and cancellations

    Become proficient in Club Ready software

    Manage retail apparel and accessory sales transactions

    Participate in promotional events (Pop-Up events, grand openings, fitness events, etc)

    Help manage vibrant and relevant social media presence

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
