We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate/Sales Support that is eager to learn and develop their career in sales. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with US and International Account Teams. You will promote win-win relationships with the most extraordinary partners in the DIY craft industry. The Sales Support role will be expected to manage multiple projects at once and adhere to strict internal and customer deadlines. The individual will also work cross-functionally to execute various tasks to support growth within the accounts being supported.
The Sales Associate/Sales Support is a critical, sometimes customer/retailer-facing role within the company. The Sales Associate/Sales Support functions as the key liaison between the Sales team and various other departments within Cricut (e.g. Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Member Care, etc.). This role has a lot of responsibility across a broad panel of business areas and thus is a great opportunity to learn and grow with meaningful hands-on experience.
This position is on-site at the Cricut US headquarters in South Jordan, Utah.
Responsibilities:
· Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally with different business segments within the organization, including but not limited to product management, channel marketing, operations, pricing, fulfillment, etc.
· Experience in channel operations and logistics, including but not limited to product order fulfillment, shipping inquiries, and operations related issues.
· Deeply understand Cricut products and effectively provide features, benefits and recommendations during product lifecycle.
· Strong project management skills and able to juggle multiple tasks while completing them with the highest quality. Collaborate on projects, including but not limited to, product launches, order execution, and shipping product samples.
· Support customer onboarding including, but not limited to creating SKUs, provide supplemental product information, new customer information and keeping cross-functional Cricut® teams informed.
· Participate professionally in customer and internal meetings.
· Experience in SAP, and Salsify an asset.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales, supply chain or related area.
