Summary As a Sales Associate, you’ll lead efforts to generate new opportunities for our Managed IT services through targeted outreach, cold calling, and in-person visits to potential clients. You’ll confidently introduce decision-makers at small to medium-sized businesses to our solutions, building long-lasting relationships.
You’ll also collaborate with the business owner on marketing initiatives, such as managing Google Ads campaigns, improving brand visibility, and reporting on lead generation performance. Your contributions will be vital to the company’s success and growth.
Responsibilities
Prospect New Opportunities: Identify and engage small and medium-sized businesses via phone, email, and in-person visits, introducing our services.
Lead Qualification: Follow up on inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
In-Person Outreach: Visit offices to assess needs, establish connections, and leave company information.
Pipeline Management: Track leads and manage pipelines in the CRM system to maximize efficiency and results.
Marketing Collaboration: Assist in managing Google Ads, enhancing brand visibility, and driving marketing strategies.
Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on lead generation and marketing performance to optimize strategies.
Targeted Research: Develop prospecting lists and prepare for client interactions through web and organizational research.
Outbound Campaigns: Execute call campaigns targeting specific industries or events to uncover new opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills, & Requirements
Proven B2B sales or lead generation experience; small business sector experience is a plus.
Strong phone prospecting skills with the ability to identify decision-makers, handle objections, and engage prospects professionally.
Experience using CRM tools for lead tracking, process improvement, and reporting.
Familiarity with Google Ads and brand visibility strategies.
Demonstrated ability in outbound cold calling and pipeline management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
