What You'll Do:

• Underwriting Management: Take charge of the underwriting process for group benefit plans, including data collection from prospects, liaising with insurance underwriters, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups to secure final quotes.
• Proposal and Contract Preparation: Compile necessary data to create and finalize proposals and contracts efficiently using tools like DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Lead Generation Support: Assist in developing and maintaining lead generation campaigns through platforms like ZoomInfo. Participate in various prospecting efforts, including email campaigns, phone calls, and mailings to support the sales team.
• Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support for various sales projects and initiatives, helping to streamline and enhance overall sales operations.
• Process Improvement & Administration: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving administrative and operational efficiencies within the sales department.
• Documentation & Organization: Help maintain and organize sales CRM (Hubspot) data, documents, and client records, ensuring that all information is accurately filed and easily accessible.
