Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our team at Club Pilates! As a Sales Associate, your goal is to assist in new membership sales, member retention and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers, have excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness and pilates.

Responsibilities

Drive and execute sales process of lead generation, follow-up and closing the sale

Establish relationships with members and prospective clients

Meet and exceed sales goals

Conduct studio tours with new prospects

Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing

Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals

Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they enter

Answer phone calls and assist members

Provide an excellent onboarding experience to build member retention

Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints

Qualifications

Competitive spirit and dynamic, high-performance track record with proven sales experience

Strong, customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve targets

Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs and ability to learn new software

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
