Pause Fort Lauderdale offers a unique blend of innovative wellness services, including cryotherapy, cold plunge, contrast therapy, LED light therapy, compression boots, and IV therapy.

We’re not just a wellness spot—we’re a movement, looking for enthusiastic , driven individuals to help us share the Pause experience across Fort Lauderdale!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create Exceptional Experiences: Greet clients warmly, thoroughly explain services, answer questions, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.

Promote Wellness Services: Actively recommend Pause services and packages tailored to each client’s needs while embodying the Pause wellness philosophy.

Foster Community Engagement: Assist with studio outreach initiatives, including partnerships with local businesses, gyms, wellness professionals, and influencers. Represent Pause at events, pop-up activations, and gatherings to promote our services.

Support Studio Operations: Manage the POS/appointment system, maintain service rooms before and after use, and ensure high standards of cleanliness in all studio areas, including reception and restrooms.

Contribute to Creative Campaigns: Participate in executing engaging marketing campaigns and assist in spreading awareness of Pause through materials, merchandise, and social media efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

Wellness Enthusiast: You’re passionate about health, wellness, and self-care, with a genuine interest in helping others feel their best.

People-Oriented: Outgoing and confident, you excel at building connections, fostering relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

Sales-Savvy: You have strong sales skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend the best services or packages to meet them.

Self-Starter: Proactive and creative, you bring new ideas to the table and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible & Reliable: Available for part-time or full-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Local Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with Fort Lauderdale and its wellness community is a plus!
