Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Essencial Duties and Responsabilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
- Manage and track sales activities and performance using CRM software.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and trade shows (when applicable).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of proven experience in sales Car sales - Furniture sales, preferably in furniture.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
