    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to serve as a sales and new business development lead at Rolling Suds of Tampa Bay, a veteran owned and operated company. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to providing our team with the best tools, equipment, and training to ensure their success.

    As a Sales Lead for our Tampa team, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by acquiring new clients and fostering relationships with existing ones. Your primary focus will be on promoting our power washing services to residential homeowners, commercial property managers, business owners, and other potential customers across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties.

    This role demands an entrepreneurial drive, a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to nurture long-term client relationships, particularly with our commercial customer base. The role will also entail close collaboration and teamwork with our power washing technician leads to ensure effective pricing and project management. This is an exciting and challenging role with the potential for upward growth in terms of management scope and compensations as we grow over time.

    Responsibilities

    ● Identify and prospect new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

    ● Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our power washing services and explain their benefits to potential clients.

    ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

    ● Collaborate with the operations team to accurately estimate project costs and timelines for potential clients.

    ● Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business while maximizing profitability.

    ● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.

    ● Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management team.

    ● Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team.

    Qualifications

    ● Previous experience in sales, preferably in the service industry.

    ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    ● Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

    ● Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    ● Familiarity with the greater Tampa Bay markets is a plus.

    ● Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

    Work Schedule

    ● The position is primarily Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

    ● The position may require occasional weekend work depending on client needs.

    Compensation

    ● Target Year One Salary Range: $70-80K+.

    ● Pay Structure:

    o Advance/Base Rate: $4K per month; this base pay will be considered an advance on commission

    o Commission Rate:

    ▪ 10% of sales for all self-generated/outbound leads

    ▪ 5% of all sales for inbound leads/repeat clients

    o We expect this role to generate $750-800K in new sales each year at a base level (with the opportunity for ~$1M+ depending on individual performance).

    ● Potential for additional performance bonuses on an annual basis.

    Two weeks paid vacation on an annual basis (accrued).
