We are committed to advocating for our clients and guiding them through challenging legal situations. We are seeking a compassionate and sales-driven Client Advocate to be the voice and guide for potential clients in need of criminal defense representation. As a Client Advocate with a focus on sales, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help. Your role is to build trust, educate potential clients on their options, and seamlessly guide them through the consultation and onboarding process. You will play a crucial part in client acquisition and retention by leveraging strong sales and communication skills to convert inquiries into engaged clients. $40,000 Base + Monthly Bonuses paid Quarterly (Role is budgeted for over $100,000 annually) Responsibilities: • Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, listening to their needs and offering solutions based on their legal situation. • Conduct meaningful consultations to assess the legal challenges clients are facing, ensuring empathy and professionalism throughout. • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our legal services and how we can assist them in their case. • Maintain regular follow-up with leads to build relationships and drive conversion from inquiry to client status. • Work closely with the legal team to ensure a smooth transition from initial consultation to formal client representation. • Track and manage all leads and client interactions in the firm's CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records. • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by applying a consultative approach to client advocacy and relationship-building. • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify ways to enhance the client experience and improve lead conversion. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales or client advocacy, with experience in the legal industry being a strong plus. • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators. • Highly organized, with experience using CRM systems and managing client records. • Passionate about helping people and making a positive impact on their lives, especially during challenging circumstances. • Knowledge of criminal law services is an advantage but not required. Compensation: $40,000 Base + Monthly Bonuses
