    Role Overview: The Sales-Client Engagement Manager is responsible for client intake and sales at the Firm. Key responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, converting prospects into clients, and facilitating the onboarding process for new clients. Reporting Structure: The Sales-Client Engagement Manager reports directly to the Owner of the Firm. Responsibilities and Authority: Collaborate with an intake specialist to schedule consultations with potential clients and provide reminders to ensure client attendance. The Sales-Client Engagement Manager does not have supervisory authority beyond tasks delegated by the Owner. It is essential to adhere to the ABA’s Rules of Professional Conduct, Florida Bar, and State Bar Association rules, as non-attorneys are prohibited from practicing law. All client interactions must be conducted in support of and under the supervision of an attorney to avoid unauthorized practice of law. The Sales-Client Engagement Manager does not offer legal advice, approve client engagements, or participate in fee-sharing with the Firm. Responsibilities: • The Sales-Client Engagement Manager in Coral Gables, FL, US will not offer legal advice, quote fees, or engage with clients directly, but will prepare clients for engagement with the attorney. • Conducting comprehensive meetings with Prospective New Clients to promote legal services involves following communication policies, gathering client information, ensuring support from the firm, showing empathy, and outlining services. • Overseeing client onboarding includes creating engagement agreements, processing payments, coordinating with attorneys, initiating new cases within the firm, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. • Maintaining communication with Prospective New Clients who miss consultations or do not sign up initially to keep the opportunity open for future engagement. • Keeping detailed records of client interactions, consultations, engagements, and relevant metrics to track performance and outcomes. • Engaging in regular dialogue with management to provide feedback on lead quality and quantity, offering suggestions for improvement based on firsthand experience. • Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and consultations, scheduling appointments, and managing contact information. • Weekly responsibilities involve compiling metrics on incoming leads and following up with unengaged Prospective New Clients. • Monthly duties include calls with former clients for feedback and retention purposes. • Quarterly tasks include ensuring the review and update of intake, sales, and onboarding materials by the Owner. Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in the sale of products or services, luxury or high-end products and services, is preferred. A proven track record using a consultative sales approach is required. • Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree. • A strong interest in consultative solutions selling. • Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required. • Knowledge of the legal industry is an asset. • Real-life experience & a few “battle scars” to give you empathy and understanding is an asset. Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making an important change in your life, so you know at your core that others can do it too, is a plus. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 base yearly with bonus opportunity
