When homeowners and businesses face unexpected disasters, we step in to mitigate the damage and restore their properties to pre-loss condition. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Closer who thrives in high-pressure environments and can convert qualified leads into signed restoration jobs.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up immediately on warm leads and schedule onsite visits.

Educate homeowners about the damage, insurance process, and remediation timeline.

Build trust and urgency during consultations to sign service agreements on the spot.

Collaborate with project managers and field crews to ensure smooth transitions from sale to service.

Document client interactions and signed contracts in CRM systems.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly closing targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales closing, preferably in-home services, restoration, roofing, solar, pest control, or similar fields.

Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence—ability to read the room and earn trust quickly.

Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.

Familiarity with insurance claim processes a strong plus.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
