We are professional, agile, and looking for someone with strong sales experience to help secure and close deals for potential clients.
EZ Advocates is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Closer. We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and diligent Inside Sales professional to develop leads and close new sales opportunities while providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role within our sales team and company in achieving our ambitious sales goals.
An ideal candidate must have full-time availability, must be personable, and have good communications skills. The candidate must also be a self-starter and able to work in performing work duties with little to no supervision. Must be a Team Player And Come with a Can-Do attitude! Previous Sales Experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in sales, exceptional communication skills, and works well both independently and in a team environment. The position will be strictly phone sales and cold calling leads provided to you! Interview invitations will be sent out mid-end of March as we are training our current staff.

Sales Representative Job Duties:
Business professional attire
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Previous Sales Experience
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
High school degree
