We are looking to expand our sales team and are seeking motivated, driven individuals who are passionate about sales and the home services industry.
Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and selling our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to homeowners and businesses. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your success in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions.
Present and sell our services in a compelling way that addresses the unique needs of each client.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus but not required.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Compensation:
Commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential.
