Job Title: Sales Consultant

Average compensation is $60k to $100k+ per year. Company vehicle provided.

Job Purpose: Learn and adopt Stand Strong Fence's structured sales process, complete required training, and present and sell the features and benefits of Stand Strong Fence products. Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up. Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals. Commission-based compensation, determined by the success of the individual Sales Consultant.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Confirm and qualify booked appointments, generate organic leads, provide consultative customer appointments, generate accurate estimates, and professionally present proposals to property owners/representatives.
• Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, and industry/process knowledge in relevant product areas.
• Perform organic lead generation strategies and activities.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
• Develop product reference documents and product materials for customers.
• Organize, plan, and prioritize sales calls and appointments.
• Create and maintain a product marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue.
• Work with install team leaders to understand, explain, and analyze client requirements.
• Demonstrate products to consumers.
• Address potential client queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries.
• Interact with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally work in the field knocking on doors and engaging with business owners.
• Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
• Work outside in various weather conditions.
• Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 100 lbs.
• Must be able to drive a motor vehicle for extended time periods.
