Job Summary:
As a Luxury Car Sales Consultant at Prestige Motorsports, you will be responsible for delivering a white-glove buying experience, building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, and curating personalized automotive solutions. You will leverage your industry knowledge, sales expertise, and passion for luxury vehicles to drive revenue and uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Provide a world-class, consultative sales experience tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, business executives, and collectors.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through vehicle selection, customization, and financing options.
• Sales Performance & Business Development:
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Proactively network and generate leads through exclusive events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date with luxury automotive trends, competitive models, and market insights.
• Customer Experience & Brand Representation:
• Conduct immersive test drives and vehicle demonstrations, highlighting performance, technology, and bespoke features.
• Collaborate with the Prestige Motorsports team to curate VIP experiences, exclusive unveilings, and private viewings.
• Represent the brand at industry events, luxury lifestyle gatherings, and promotional activities.
• Administrative & Operational Duties:
• Ensure seamless execution of sales transactions, including contracts, financing, and delivery logistics.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with service, finance, and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of luxury or exotic car sales experience (or a background in high-end sales such as real estate, private aviation, or luxury goods).
• Network: Established connections within high-net-worth circles are highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of ultra-luxury and exotic car brands.
• Passion for the automotive industry and luxury lifestyle.
• Professionalism: Impeccable presentation, integrity, and discretion in handling VIP clientele.
