    Job Summary Plaza Appliance Mart is looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to join our Huntersville appliance expert team! As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to constantly gain knowledge on new product to better serve our customers. In addition to actively managing customer concerns, you will maintain consistent engagement at every stage of the sales cycle.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet and engage with customers concerning their appliance needs

    Provide exceptional customer service

    Stay updated on product knowledge

    Organize and maintain an orderly appearance throughout the showroom

    Contribute to the store's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

    Build customer relationships

    Detail product

    Qualifications:

    Professional appearance

    Personable and friendly attitude

    Ability to work Saturdays

    Retail experience a plus

    Ability to stand for long periods of time

    Ability to work in fast-paced environment

    Understanding of or ability to learn sales principles

    Be able to lift at least 50 pounds

    Reliable transportation
