Job Summary: Plaza Appliance Mart is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Huntersville team. As a Sales Consultant, you will provide exemplary customer service to ensure a positive customer experience. You will assess customer needs & offer appliance solutions. You will have product knowledge regarding brands, models, features & functionalities. In addition to actively managing customer concerns, you will maintain consistent engagement at every stage of the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service
Build rapport, identify customer needs, close sale
Contribute to store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Manage time effectively & prioritize tasks
Maintain an orderly desk & showroom
