    Job Description:

    We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants. In this role, you will be pivotal in helping clients save money and live sustainably by understanding and promoting our diverse range of energy-efficient technologies. We offer a competitive base salary along with an attractive commission structure. While we provide 75% of the leads, we expect our Sales Consultants to generate the remaining 25% through client referrals and networking.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strong Sales Skills: Utilize your expertise to effectively convey the benefits of our sustainable solutions to potential clients.
    • Effective Communication: Engage with clients both in person and virtually, establishing strong rapport and understanding their unique needs.
    • Versatility: Work from the office and travel to meet clients as necessary.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends related to energy-efficient construction.
    • Networking: Attend events like BNI groups to expand the company's client base and professional connections.
    • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage your sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
    • Closing Ratio: Achieve a closing ratio of 30% or higher through persuasive sales techniques.
    • Monthly Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
    • Bilingual Skills: Preferred proficiency in both Spanish and English.
    • Analytical Abilities: Possess strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Home Improvement Financing: Understand financing options related to home improvement projects.
    • Contract Writing: Draft contracts and explain financial terms clearly to clients.
    • Client Engagement: Attend projects sold once a week to interact with direct neighbors and generate additional leads.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or renewable energy industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for sustainability.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) is an advantage.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Understanding of home improvement financing options.
    • Ability to write contracts and explain financial terms clearly to clients.
